1. Services and requests

Service is subject to our operating area, vehicle availability and a safely achievable route. Provide accurate contact details, pickup/drop-off locations, dates, flight number, passengers and luggage. Hotel, restaurant and admission bookings are not included unless expressly agreed.

2. Confirmation and payment

Submitting a reservation and receiving an automatic email means your request has been received. Our team checks the trip and price and provides payment instructions and a deadline. The booking is confirmed by our confirmation notice after payment, and we then arrange a vehicle. Obtaining a quote does not trigger an automatic payment.

3. Airport transfer fares

Narita transfers to/from Tokyo’s 23 ku cost JPY 25,000 per vehicle, one way; Narita addresses are restricted to those 23 ku. Haneda fares are JPY 15,000, 17,000 or 19,000 according to the supported area. The area fare applies to up to 5 passengers and 4 bags; exceeding either limit requires an individual quote. Tolls, parking and late-night charges are included. Added stops, route changes and waiting beyond the allowance are quoted separately before agreement.

The fares above are for Toyota Alphard. Toyota Hiace accommodates up to 9 passengers and 8 bags and adds JPY 3,000 per vehicle per one-way transfer to the corresponding Alphard fare. Exceeding either limit requires an individual quote.

4. Private tour fares

The basic rate is JPY 45,000 per vehicle per day, counting both the start and end dates. A day is based on 8 hours; overtime starts at JPY 6,000 per hour. Tolls, parking and necessary driver/staff accommodation are additional. Vehicle, route, overtime calculation and necessary expenses are explained before confirmation, and changes are agreed with you.

Toyota Alphard costs JPY 45,000 per vehicle per day (up to 5 passengers and 4 bags); Toyota Hiace costs JPY 50,000 (up to 9 passengers and 8 bags). Exceeding either limit requires an individual quote. Each trip is priced by its selected vehicle and number of days.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Withdrawing an unconfirmed request is free. For a confirmed booking cancelled by the customer: at least 48 hours before pickup, free; 24 to less than 48 hours, 50% of the affected booking fare; less than 24 hours or a no-show, 100%. A multi-day booking uses the first day’s start time; partial cancellations are calculated for the affected part. Unincurred expenses are excluded and charges will not exceed amounts permitted by law or applicable average loss. Changes depend on availability and revised prices are explained beforehand. If we cannot provide an unperformed service for reasons attributable to us, it is refunded; other liability follows applicable law and carriage conditions. Refund amount, method and expected processing time are explained individually.

6. Meeting and waiting

Airport pickups include 90 minutes of waiting from the actual arrival time of the reported flight. Hotel and other pickups include 30 minutes from the reserved time. Further waiting costs JPY 3,000 per started 30 minutes, subject to prior agreement and vehicle availability. Flight delays shift the arrival reference time and do not alone generate waiting charges. Contact us promptly about major delays or cancellations so we can discuss rearrangement, cancellation or refund. If we cannot reach or meet you after the free period despite contact attempts, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

7. Safety, vehicles and itineraries

Wear seatbelts and follow driver instructions. Discuss children, large luggage and child seats in advance. Photos illustrate vehicle types; year, colour and equipment requests need confirmation. Traffic, weather and facility conditions may require route changes; arrival times are not guaranteed. Suggested itineraries are guidance, not facility bookings or guarantees of opening. These terms do not exclude all liability for our fault; applicable law and applicable carriage conditions prevail.

8. Personal information

VSC株式会社 (representative: 倪鑫; 3-2-11-1002 Kameido, Koto-ku, Tokyo) uses names, email, phone, trip locations and dates, flight details, group/luggage counts, itinerary preferences and enquiries for quotes, reservations, dispatch, communication and service delivery. Order and quote details are also sent to our business mailbox. We use Resend for sending mail and Google services for receiving business mail. If you request an itinerary recommendation, dates, pickup location and preferences are sent to OpenAI. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information. Providers may process data outside Japan and are used only as needed. We do not disclose data for unrelated purposes except where permitted by law. We restrict access and manage records with regard to necessary use and legal retention duties.
